Tolymoly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base + I'm Meme Puff Review & Demo

Hello!  Lately I've been super tried but it's not because of school or stress.  I just that I like to stay up late and watch anime, kdramas, and read manga all day.  Haha.  ( >o< )  Do you suffer from dark circles?  Or want a settle yet beautiful highlighter?  If so, let me introduce you to Tonymoly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base. :)

**This product was sent for review by Memebox, but everything is my honest opinion.**

Here's a little info on the product:  (taken from the memebox website)
Eyes feeling tired with dark circles that need a quick fix? Visibly brighten your under eyes with Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base and its pearly-white and luminous  finish. Instantly see improvement in the appearance of dark circles with ingredients that soothe and specifically target the under eye region, to visibly improve puffiness, eye bags, and dark circles. Properties also include revitalizing eye wrinkle treatment to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Create energized and brightened under eyes with this easy-to-use, on-the-go skin treatment that is adorably packaged in an irresistible panda case. You can also use this product as a highlighter, to add definition and create a dynamic, multi-dimensional look.

How to use:
Apply directly to the under eyes where dark circles or puffiness are most prominent. Use as a highlighter and apply to nose bridge, forehead, chin, cheek bones for definition. Blend into skin for a natural and flawless finish. Re-apply throughout the day as needed.

I've seen this products everywhere!  I'm guessing this is a popular item/series from Tonymoly because beautynetkorea is always having value sets with this item included.

The packaging is super cute.  I mean come on, it's a panda with a cute little bamboo leaf in its hand.  >_<  It's also has a twist up design so it's super easy to use and apply.

Image swatch of the product.  It's a sheer white cream that is build-able and has a slightly pleasant scent.

Okay, time for demos!

Under Eye:  I applied a few layers around my under eyes on my bare face and noticed that it blends easily but I feel like it doesn't necessarily reduce the appearance of dark circles or eye bags.  I feel like my eye bags are enhanced using this product.  Once everything was blended out, it did brighten around the area I applied it to but my bags were gray and it just didn't look good.  I prefer using a salmon colored concealer for covering my dark circles and eye bags.  But despite the under eye fail, this product has very good hydration! :)  I would recommend using this product under your eyes if your feeling dry in that area.

And now, for my favorite use of this product!

Highlight: Apply this product on your forehead, bridge of your nose, cupid's bow, chin, and cheekbones.

Blend away using a puff or your finger. ;)  With the Tonymoly Brightening Eye Base Memebox also sent me one of their I'm Meme Puffs to test out.  I actually bought a pack a few weeks ago but I don't mind!  These puffs are gold!  Ever since I started using puffs from cushion compacts I never use a brush or my fingers again.  No matter what foundation of bb cream you're using, this puff WILL make your face airbrush flawless!  I HIGHLY recommend getting these rubycell puffs because they're the best thing in the world, besides false lashes of course.  Haha.  I can't live without rubycell puffs and false lashes.  They're must haves.

Once everything is blended it gives a pretty pearly-white luminous glow without any shimmers.  I highly recommend using this product for highlighting.  It's sheer so you can control how much you'd like to apply.  You might have to reapply later in the day because it's not long lasting.

Overall thoughts:  It's awesome as a highlighter but not for dark circles or eye bags.  It is also very hydrating, good for people who have dry skin or you can apply this on the dryer areas on your face. :)  You can also use this product as an eye shadow primer.

Have you tried rubycell puffs before?  If so, what do you think works best, beauty blender, brushes, or puffs for base/foundation makeup?  Tell me in the comments below! ^_^

I have some pretty awesome news to share with you guys in my next post with Memebox! :D
